BACKSTAGE MANIFESTO
For my friends in the shadow

The architecture is invisible to people who come to see what it contains, but it doesn’t mean the building stands without structure. The roof protects. The beams hold tight. The lighting is dimmed there, there sharp, just right, highlighting all the main spots. The flow is smooth. The time fits. Yet all credit goes to what moves inside — the half that is also good but much more visible, experienced plainly. 

True pain to structural workers in art. The person on stage gets photographed, interviewed, and named. The person who built the stage, designed the systems, made it run — they vanish from the record unless they insist. It sounds sad — but it’s a good sign. If the backstage is completely unnoticed by the crowd, it means the work has been done damn well. 

Like a shoe that fits so well that it feels like the foot is wearing none — even lighter. A silent credential with high impact. One you cannot fake.
